It recently appeared at a few places in the news that Pakistani army is colluding with China for Research, development and production of Biowarfare materials.’
Is this propaganda or could it be based on facts? Is it smoke without fire?
Wuhan COVID-19 and China
China under its president Xi Jinping is responsible for unleashing the Wuhan COVID-19 virus on humanity with terrible consequences. Around the world there have been till date over 20 million Coronavirus Cases, 734,247 deaths, and counting…
The COVID-19 calamity has still not ended and no one knows how many millions more will be affected and how many more innocent lives will be lost. Xi Ji ping and his Communist Party of China (CPC), are not only not taking responsibility for this calamity wrought on humanity, but worse, they are using this time, when governments are pouring in all men, material and resources in grappling with the pandemic and saving lives, to execute their nefarious designs.
The Chinese navy has been deployed to bully the countries in South China Sea, democracy in Hongkong has been stifled, and the Chinese army is actively engaged in illegally occupying Indian territory and threatening Nepal and Bhutan with more illegal territorial claims. Genocide of Muslim minorities in Uyghur and their systematic brainwashing under detention is going fast apace. Taiwan is being threatened each day.
Every country in the world (except Pakistan) is protesting against this flagrant aggression by China. China is being questioned on how and why they unleashed the Chinese Wuhan epidemic that afflicted millions and took hundreds of thousands of lives, devastated economies and drove millions into poverty.
Chinese Plan of Deception
The Chinese Communist party lays great emphasis on deception. Their diplomats are trained and excel in the art of deception.
Following criticism of the Wuhan labs that are strongly suspected of being the source which produced the COVID-19 pandemic, China can be expected to invite WHO and even other groups from UN to come and visit their laboratories, for carrying out a sham of transparency that no biowarfare research is being done on their premises. But this will mean a major shift of their equipment, machinery and scientists along with all relevant documents to another location. The vacated space will be filled with innocuous laboratory equipment and personnel. The World should not be surprised if the visiting teams are told that Wuhan labs are doing research on prevention of nappy rashes of children only!
Obviously, it would be naïve to expect China to close down on any of its biowarfare projects. However, they are likely to shift the location of the laboratories, at least temporarily. This is where the news of China-Pakistani tie up on biowarfare figures.
Why Pakistan?
A brief study of Pakistani army’s history and the actions of CCP indicates a strong possibility of such an unholy alliance. The clandestine manner in which Pakistan has been helped by China in the acquisition of nuclear technology, the extremely close cooperation on CPEC projects and their mutually cosy relationship with terrorist organisations, makes the suspicion of such an agreement a seemly possibility.
China has been funnelling large sums in the name of CPEC to Pakistani generals and their front fauji institutions and companies.
Is there a possibility of a new biowarfare laboratory being opened in Pakistan? It is well known that CCP and the Pakistani army are answerable to no one in their own countries. Pakistani army, which has amassed nuclear stockpiles far exceeding need for deterrence against India, is still going ahead with manufacture of tactical nuclear weapons. Pakistan has very calculatedly refused to signed the ‘No first Use’ agreement on nuclear weapons. It has made major efforts to help Libya, Iran and other Islamic countries to manufacture nuclear weapons.
Acquisition of biowarfare weapons will be considered an asset by Pakistani army, which can further increase its capacity to threaten use of biowarfare materials jeopardising Indian security and to blackmail world leaders.
In addition, Pakistan has a captive population of willing jihadi guinea pigs who can be brainwashed and induced to become ‘martyrs’. It will be easy to find ‘volunteers’ willing to be subject to laboratory testing (to see the mentality at work here please refer to our previous article). In case of unnatural deaths, being a dysfunctional democracy hostage to the Pakistani army which has a record of hushing up the deaths of hundreds of its soldiers, it will have no problems in hiding these from public view.
WHO’s Laboratory biosafety manual calls for Level 4 in all laboratories. It is well known that the safety standards for hospitals and laboratories in Pakistan are poor. (Pakistan could not evacuate Pakistani students stranded in Wuhan in the height of COVID-19 crisis because it does not possess adequate infrastructure for segregation and treatment.)
In case of any leakages or problems arising out of failures in security or testing procedures, China will not be blamed. The civilian population in Pakistan has never had a say in checking the dangerous games of the Pakistani army. Pakistan’s topmost politicians owe their status, position and power to the army. A highly radicalised public in addition easily roused to jingoistic appeals further makes any form of check on the nefarious dealings of the Pakistani military impossible.
However, it should be noted that terrorist organisations obtaining biowarfare canisters from sympathisers in Pakistani army is also a possibility.
Sino-Pak partnership in production of biochemical warfare items is definitely a threat to entire mankind and should be taken seriously. The threat to countries like India, Israel, France, USA and UK is immense.
Hopefully, governments from all democracies will realise the danger and intercede and act immediately, before it is too late.
Interesting point of speculation is: where will the laboratories be situated? In Gilgit-Baltistan? Or Baluchistan? Xingyang? A thing held in the future’s bosom…
